Inside Dhaka

Delivered within 1-3 days.
Charge: 60 Taka

Outside Dhaka

Delivered within 2-4 days.
Charge: 100 Taka

Free delivery on all orders of 990 Taka or more.

Handling Time

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation. Delivery times above are estimated and begin after your package has been dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share your tracking number by SMS. You can use it to track your parcel with the courier. If you need help, contact us and we will check the status for you.

Delays

Delivery may occasionally take longer due to weather, public holidays, transport disruptions, or remote locations. These are outside our control, but we will always help you follow up with the courier.

Missing or Incomplete Orders

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date, or arrives incomplete, contact us right away at 01613229702. We will open an investigation with the courier and resolve it as fast as possible.
