Inspection at the Time of Delivery

Upon receiving your order, you may unpack the parcel and visually inspect the quality, colour, fabric and condition of the socks in the presence of the delivery agent.

Exchange Request Period

If you identify a product defect, sizing issue or incorrect item, please contact Kozy Fashion within 2 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange, the product must be:

• Unused, unworn and unwashed.
• Free from damage, stains, odour or signs of use.
• Returned with the original packaging and tags intact.
• Accompanied by valid order or purchase information.

If you are dissatisfied with the product quality or fit, you may submit a refund request within 2 days of receiving your order.

Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, the returned product must be:

• Unused, unworn and unwashed.
• Returned in its original condition.
• Returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
